My dad is there in this prison and they have locked him out side and wouldn't open the door out during a storm and when it's snowing I don't think that even the worst and trouble some inmates there deserve to be treated the way the inmates are being treated there.My dad told me that a man in a wheel chair need insulin because of his sugar and as he was on his way back to his cell he passed away before he could make it back and it makes everyone's families worry more and more about there families safety and medical and food problems here at trousdale turner correctional center. And for everyone that has a family member at this prison I feel bad for out and your not the only one because I'm a little girl that misses her daddy and my daddy is being treated like an animal at this prison and so are your families members too.

My big brother is currently being held at this facility. He has been there for about a year now and has called me every Tuesday since he has been there but its been almost a month since his last call and it has worried and stressed out. I've tried calling a hundred times and still nothing. If anyone knows any info about what might be going on up there I would really appreciate it. I live on the west coast and can't make the trip to visit him so phone calls and letters are my only way I can speak to him. Thank you for any info u can give me. And also I hope everyones friends and loved ones make it home soon and safe
It's not professional at all. You get there early they won't tell you the rule or let you know what to do it's very ghetto and hood these are one of the penatary that needs to close down the inmates never go outside very little communication and be prepared to sit for at least 2 hours or more there slow at everything and it's pretty much they run it the dress code changes every week. The security is rude and half of them are walwart security not even correctional officers.
They are terrible,have u waiting for hours just to visit. They are not letting the inmates go to school and recreational activities.The inmates don't get their compensary on time. I drive almost 5 hours to get their and once before they tried to lie and say I couldn't visit my child and I told them I just got off the phone with him and I had to make a threat of legal action before they finally sent him to visitation. Also they are so many crocked officers their it sad.
I drive 5 hours to visit not to get a full visit. This place is terrible. NO health care for heart patients. NO meds for weeks causing a heart attack that i get a bill for. Then to have your loved one told well if he dies that's one less I have to worry about. From the medical staff. I give it no stars but have to give one just to post this.
